“Casa Tuirak exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were attentive throughout our stay. We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There was a room assignment mix-up during our stay, but……

“Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. Nothing can beat relaxing on the hammock on your balcony, being surrounded by nature, waking up with the most incredible views, the breakfast was scrumptious and we didn’t want to have dinner anywhere else, it was a gourmet experience.”

The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance. “À notre arrivée nous avons constaté une tache marron sur le lit donc nous avons prévenu la gérante qui a découvert le problème en même temps que nous et en a déduit que c’était le chien qui était venu s’allonger sur le lit car la porte avait dû rester ouverte… Elle a été réactive et a commencé à nous changer la housse de couette mais nous lui avons également demandé de changer le drap. Après cela il restait des résidus au sol que j’ai voulu essuyer et je me suis aperçu que le sol n’avait pas été……
