“It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it”

“The property was wonderful, the staff was incredible. Great location and food was really good. Pool was amazing. The only thing I would change would be the access to the hot tub/steam room. One has to pay to use it as a massage service. Access to it would be nice with out charging for it. Other than that, its a wonder hotel.”

“Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. “The hotel is very nice and clean in a beautiful property. The receiving staff lacked knowledge about not charging taxes to those of us that are just visiting from abroad. The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance.
